On December 17 & 19, the ӣƵ Albany BID will work its holiday magic and hide a total of 50 "ӣƵ is Pawsome" ornaments throughout the District. The ornaments feature two sculptures from this year's "ӣƵ is Pawsome" exhibit:“We Matter” byJade Warrick and“See Through” byKymberli Gaillard (photographed above). Happy Hunting!
How it works
On Wednesday, December 17, and Friday, December 19, 25 ornaments will be hidden each day in parks and public places throughout downtown Albany, and a clue will be made available (see below) with hints about where several are located. There will be plenty of chances for both ӣƵ employees and residents to find their ornaments, take them home as souvenirs, and hang them on their trees! If you're visiting ӣƵ and find an ornament, it's yours!
The BID encourages everyone who finds an ornament to post a picture of their find on social media, using the hashtag #AlbtotheCore and tagging the ӣƵ Albany BID (find us on,,, and).

Please allow until 5:00 PM for all ornaments to be hidden. Ornaments will be hidden in visible, publicly accessible areas. Please do not ask staff members of businesses for ornaments. Happy Ornament Hunting!
